Quick start

Four steps take you from sign-up to a fully working subdomain on certed.one.

1. Create an account

Head to the registration page and sign up with your email, a username and a password. Accounts are free.

2. Verify your email

Click the link in the verification email we send you. Verifying unlocks your account and credits your initial CTD grant, which you can spend on your first subdomain. See the token economy for how grants are sized.

3. Register a subdomain

From your dashboard, type the label you want — for example “blog” to claim blog.certed.one — and confirm. The registration cost in CTD is shown on the button before you commit. Read more in registering a subdomain.

4. Point your DNS

Open Manage domain for your new subdomain and add records. For a typical website you'll add an A record to your server's IP, or a CNAME to your host. Full details are in managing DNS records.

That's it

Your subdomain is live as soon as DNS propagates. From here you can list it for sale, browse the marketplace, or send CTD to other users.
